"Am I missing something with my order?"
I ordered a specific BMX part from albes.com and somehow got a different size than the one I picked. Am I missing something here, or shouldn’t that be checked before it gets shipped out? Shipping wasn’t terrible, but now I’m stuck either sending it back or trying to get the order fixed, which is annoying since I needed it for the weekend. Customer service did reply, so that’s good, but the whole thing still feels like it could’ve been avoided

"Wish it hadn’t arrived scratched, but they fixed it fast"
My peg showed up with a scratch on it, which was a bit frustrating because I was hoping to use it right away. I wish it had arrived in better shape the first time, but to be fair, customer service replied quickly and sent out a replacement without making it a hassle.

"Helpful enough, but kinda depended who you asked"
I had a couple questions before I placed my order, mostly about the parts I was looking at, and the staff was nice about it. They seemed to know the general stuff, but when I asked something a little more specific, I had to wait around and the answer still wasn’t totally clear. Maybe it was just the person I happened to get, because someone else might’ve known more. Overall it wasn’t a bad experience, just not quite as helpful as I was hoping.

It definitely took longer than I hoped, and for a minute there I was wondering if this issue was ever going to be resolved. But after the back-and-forth and the waiting, it did finally get fixed in the end.

I hopped on albes.com to find a few BMX parts, it was easy to use. The categories were laid out in a way that made sense, and the search worked well too. I didn’t have to click around forever, or wait, I guess I did browse a little, but not because the site was hard to use.
Checking out was quick and straightforward, with no weird extra steps or confusing pages. It also loaded fast on my phone, which I really appreciated. Overall, it was just a smooth and easy place to shop

"So happy it arrived almost ready to ride"
I was really excited when the bike showed up, and thankfully it arrived in great shape. It was mostly assembled already, which was such a relief. I only had to tighten a couple of things, but it was nothing stressful or frustrating. Overall, I’m really happy with it!

The shipping didn’t cost much, which I appreciated. I just wish the experience felt a little more attentive, because when I had a quick question it kind of felt like I was being dismissed. Still, the low shipping price was definitely a plus.

The BMX parts were exactly as described and seem like good quality, so I’m happy with that. Shipping was a bit slower than I expected, but overall it was a decent experience. As long as sellers are honest about what they’re sending, that matters a lot to me.

I’ve ordered from albes before and it was decent tbh, but lately the BMX parts I need are always out of stock. I kept checking back and still couldn’t get everything I needed for my bike, which was kinda frustrating ngl. Shipping has been fine in the past, I just wish they had more parts actually available.

Maybe I’m just too used to that happening on other sites, I don’t know. But what they showed as in stock was actually in stock, and the order shipped out quick too. I went off the fit notes on albes.com, they ended up being close for me. The shoes were a little snug right out of the box, but after wearing them a bit they broke in fine. I’d definitely use the guide again
"Prices were a bit much for me"
I do like some of the stuff on Albe's and I was tempted by a few things but the prices just felt higher than what I was hoping for, especially since I found a bunch of the same or similar items cheaper on other sites even before adding shipping. Maybe it makes more sense if there’s a sale or some kind of discount going on, but at full price it was kind of hard for me to justify buying anything, not terrible or anything, just more expensive than I’d personally want to pay

"Shipping was surprisingly quick"
I ordered a few parts from albes.com and, the shipping was faster than I expected. I got the tracking info the next day, which was nice, because apparently that’s not always something you can count on everywhere.
The box showed up in about 3 days total, so I can’t really complain there. Everything was packed fine, nothing was missing, and it all arrived in good shape, which is kind of the bare minimum but still appreciated.
I’m giving 4 stars because the tracking barely updated at first, so I was left guessing for a bit, always fun. But overall, the shipping speed was solid and I’d probably order again.

"Delivery was dependable"
I ordered from Albe's and, the delivery showed up right around when they said it would. The tracking was fine, like, not totally perfect, but enough for me to know what was going on. The box did have a small dent, but everything inside was okay. Overall, it was a good experience, they just could maybe update the tracking a little faster.
